Batching Plants Design
We can offer you several types of metal structures of baching plant with additional elements for storage and delivery of aggregates as well as measuring assemblies to measure the weight of gravel, water cement or additiv.
We offer a full range from medium mobile to larger stable plants. Metal constructions have been developed by our engineers in the last 15 years.
Mobile Batching Plants
We projected many different kinds of batching plant on Trailer to move fast and easy the plant in different job sites. The advantage of this solution is functioned plant only to connect to the electricity.
Module Batching Plants
Module concrete mixers are suitable because they can be quickly relocated, easily installed and put into operation quickly. Between construction sites, they are transported on low-bed trailers. Basically we offer steel constructions of mobile plant in two sizes and several different mixers. Mobile concrete mixers can be with both types of pan from 60 m³ to double shaft mixers with 110 m³/hour.
Thanks to the modular structure, provides a wide range of options to satisfy all customer requirements and demands.
It consists of mixing main machine, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, control system and other ancillary facilities.
Aggregate compartment bacher can be from 40 to 70 m³.
Horizontal Stationery Batching Plants
For customer who require high capacity, heavy-duty plants are the first choice. Concrete production from 60 m³/h up to 160 m³/h with both pan and two shaft mixers. We can offer modular construction with a big variety of options with different in-line silo, belt conveyor and cement storage system.
In-Line Silo
The in-line silo is used for larger quantities or when more than four kinds of aggregates are used. The weighing takes place on a weighing belt which forwards the aggregates to the feeder skip.
The belt conveyor feeds and transfers the aggregates into the feeder skip of the mixing plant as soon as the weighing process has been completed. The in-line silo compartments are fed by wheel loaders or belt conveyor equipment.
Depending on the customer’s wishes, it is possible to design any type of construction with a whole range of options.
Nominal volume of compartment starts from 30 m³ up to 60 m³ and number of compartmens can be up to 10.
Concrete Recycling Plants
Concrete Recycling Systems help recycle the unused concrete, saving time, money, and the environment. Our recycling unit is available in three sizes 6 m³/h, 12 m³/h and 20 m³/h – and offer convincing advantages due to their very easy handling, short downtimes during wash-out and low costs of operation.
