Transfer Technology:
We will transfer to you all the know-how and shrewdness to produce the booms in your company!
So we will supply all drawings with materials, calculations, specific information, list of commercial components (block valves, hydraulic distributors, gearbox, base bearing, …) and suppliers.
So we will supply the following information:
- Complete assembly drawings, component drawings, material standards, requirements of heat treatment and surface treatment;
- Process or manufacturing drawings, details and drawings of fixtures, etc;
- Requirements for mounting to truck and all interface details with truck and concrete pump;
- All design and stress/deflection (FEA) calculations for boom sections, stabilizers, …;
- Stability calculations for mounting and with boom extended;
- Hydraulic and electrical circuits (supplers cable and radiocontrol specifications);
- Makes the specifications of all proprietary items such as hydraulic pump, valves, slewing, …;
- Operator and maintenance manual;
- All documentation will be in English.
Training in your country:
Our engineers will provide a training for your team in your country for welding, assembling, testing and interface with truck and concrete pump etc.

More than 50 different concrete booms designed, height from 20m until 68m, of each type: mobile and stationary booms, booms for mixer and spritz beton booms.

with 40 years of experience as Chief Welding Engineer (15 years in Putzmeister Germany and 25 years in Antonelli).
Gianni Antonelli Engineer:
with 40 years of experience as Production Chief, Assembly Chief, and Test Chief.

Prototipe and small series:
We have a plant in Italy that produce structures for Concrete Booms (old Antonelli supplier, the best) that we cooperate to produce some prototipe and small serie.
